Any public or city owned property must be coordinated with the city. You won’t want to be in the middle of "And do you take billy bob to be your lawfully wedded…POLICE, EVERYBODY DOWN"…you know :)

Call the city clerk’s office and check with them. If they don’t know they can point you in the right direction.

    I don’t specifically know where you are talking about but usually you would have to arrange a wedding (or any party) with the parks department or private owner of the property. Else there would be 10 brides all showing up at 2:30pm on Saturday afternoon!
